I am a lifelong learner with a desire to contribute to society, so I reimagined my calling and made my way back into adult learning across multiple industries and back into HR! As a Senior Manager, Learning & Leadership Development at Dayforce, I lead the strategy and execution of our professional skills portfolio which includes, leadership and career development programs across a global workforce in the human capital management (HCM) software industry. I manage data and people analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of our initiatives and identify opportunities to drive change and innovation through training and learning solutions. I am passionate about helping employees grow and achieve their goals, whatever that looks like for them. I leverage my background in education, psychology, inclusion, and belonging, along with intercultural studies to design and deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences that put the learner at the center to foster a culture of true belonging and empowerment. I excel at leading the charge of operational efficiency and process adoption within given time constraints to accomplish organizational goals. I enjoy weaving storytelling from my lived experiences and the diverse experiences of others into sessions to challenge learners, encouraging them to acknowledge and consider the perspectives of cultures and abilities other than one's own. Outside of my day to day duties I enjoy learning new skills for my own personal and professional development and using those skills to support the development of my learners.
